RETURN POLICY

Our company offers a return service within 30 days of purchase, to ensure maximum satisfaction of our customers. Below are the conditions and procedures to follow to request a return.

Terms and Conditions

1. Validity Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, it will no longer be possible to request a return.

2. Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. intact, unused and with the original packaging intact. Returns of damaged, used or missing products will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You must use a reliable courier and retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.

4. Refund: Once we have received and verified the return, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from the fact that you have chosen a form of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you had originally used during the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees owing to this repayment.

We may refuse to refund your payment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract . The deadline is maintained if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the indirect costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our Customer Service: Before proceeding with the return, you must contact our Customer Service by email or telephone to obtain specific instructions and the return authorization number (RMA).

2. Prepare the Return: Carefully package the product to be returned, using the original packaging or suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport.

3. Shipping: Send the package via a reliable courier, noting the tracking number on the return documentation. Keep the shipping receipt as proof of the return.

4. Documentation: Please include the return documentation in your package, including the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service.

5. Return Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to verify compliance with the return conditions. If approved, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product, excluding shipping costs.
